Government & Public Sector
Clear public messages across all seven emirates, from awareness drives to national occasions
Government & Public Sector
Public-sector communication has a different job from commercial advertising: it must inform, reassure and prompt action from a broad audience of residents, visitors and workers who speak many languages. Outdoor media reaches all of them at once, on the roads and public spaces they share.
Al Masa Advertising & Publicity has worked with municipal and government entities and runs its own network across all seven emirates. We produce and install each campaign to authority rules, follow the approval process of the emirate concerned, and comply with UAE labour and safety requirements on site.
Why outdoor works for Government & Public Sector
Reach every resident
Roads and public spaces are shared by citizens, residents, workers and tourists. Outdoor displays deliver one message to every group without depending on a particular app, channel or language preference.
Visible, credible placement
A campaign seen repeatedly along familiar routes and civic spaces reinforces messages on safety, health or service updates, and suits information the public needs to see more than once.
Fit the national calendar
National Day, Commemoration Day, Ramadan, Eid and back-to-school campaigns all follow fixed dates. A planned outdoor schedule helps entities meet them in several emirates together.
The formats we would start with
Bridge Banner
Bridge banners give headline announcements, such as a new service or national occasion, prominent exposure over busy roads where traffic moves in both directions.
Explore this formatLamppost
Lamppost panels repeat a short reminder along an entire route, which suits safety, health or service messages that people need to see more than once.
Explore this formatLED Screens
LED screens let dates, times and wording change quickly, which helps with events, time-sensitive notices and campaigns that run through several phases.
Explore this formatWayfinding
Wayfinding signage guides visitors and residents to public venues, events and facilities, with clear bilingual direction that reduces confusion on arrival.

- 01
Start the approval path early: content for public bodies often passes more than one review, so share draft artwork, Arabic and English copy and target locations well before the planned start.
- 02
Design bilingual layouts from the start, giving Arabic and English equal clarity, large type and strong contrast, so the message holds up at speed and in bright sunlight.
- 03
Match format to message: lampposts suit short repeated reminders along a route, while bridge banners and LED screens suit headline announcements. Keep to one call to action, such as a hotline or website.
Questions from Government & Public Sector advertisers
Do you work with government and semi-government entities?
We have worked with municipal and government entities and treat their campaigns like any other: planned, produced and installed to the relevant authority rules. We do not claim any special status, and every project follows the approval route set by the emirate concerned.
Can one campaign run in several emirates?
Yes. Al Masa operates its own network in all seven emirates, so we can plan one coordinated schedule and produce matching artwork. Each location still follows the approval procedure of its own emirate, which we manage on your behalf.
Can you produce Arabic and English artwork?
Yes. Our design team prepares bilingual layouts and can adapt your identity guidelines, then print, install and maintain the displays. We recommend that your communications team reviews the wording before artwork goes for authority approval.
