Acrylic gives you the clarity of glass at a fraction of the weight, and it cuts, bends and bonds into shapes that metal and wood cannot match. Al Masa fabricates laser-cut and CNC-routed acrylic displays, podiums, light boxes, trophy stands, menu holders and illuminated fixtures for retail, hospitality and exhibitions.
Sheets are cast or extruded in clear, tinted, opal and mirror finishes, cut from your vector file, flame-polished, heat-bent and solvent-bonded so joints stay clean. LED edge-lighting and back-lighting are added by our electricians, and each piece is wrapped for transport and fitted at your site.

What file format is best for laser-cut acrylic?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, DXF or PDF with outlined text are ideal, because the laser follows the lines exactly. Include the sheet thickness and colour you want. Our design team can convert a logo or sketch into a cut-ready file if you do not have one.
Is acrylic suitable for outdoor or humid locations?
Quality acrylic handles sunlight and humidity better than many plastics, but it can expand with heat and scratch more easily than glass. For outdoor work we choose UV-stable sheet and allow movement in the fixings. Indoor display pieces need little more than gentle cleaning.
Can acrylic pieces be illuminated?
Yes. We use LED edge-lighting for engraved or etched panels and LED back-lighting for opal light boxes, with drivers hidden in the base. Tell us where the piece will stand and we will plan power cable routes and a suitable colour temperature.
