Service overview
Glass facade advertising covers part or all of a tower face, podium or shopfront with a printed graphic that turns the building into a landmark. It is seen from a distance across skylines and from the street below, and it works especially well in business districts where the tower itself becomes the media.
Al Masa surveys the glazing, prepares the layout, prints the film in-house and installs it with rope access teams and high-reach cranes. Our certified installers follow UAE safety rules for work at height, and we handle building owner consent and the municipality approvals that facade wraps need.
Why advertisers choose it
Whole-tower graphics create a landmark that skyline views, social posts and passing traffic can all pick up.
Perforated window film is typically chosen so occupants keep daylight and an outward view behind the printed image.
Large vertical faces suit tall product shots, campaign characters and brand colours that cannot fit on a horizontal billboard.
Rope access and crane crews reach upper floors, so a facade can be dressed and cleared without scaffolding the whole building.

Does a glass facade wrap block the view from inside?
Facade graphics are usually printed on perforated film, which lets occupants see out while the image shows from outside. The exact film depends on the glazing and building owner requirements, so we survey the glass first and confirm what is suitable before we print anything.
Which approvals does a facade wrap need?
A wrap normally needs consent from the building owner or management, plus municipality or authority advertising approval. Al Masa prepares the submission with your artwork and facade drawings, and coordinates timing with the building so access for our rope access and crane teams is planned safely.
How do you prepare artwork for a tall facade?
We measure every glazing bay, then divide the image into panels so joins fall on frames rather than across the picture. You provide vector logos and high-resolution imagery, and our 3D rendering team shows the finished wrap on the actual building before production begins.
