What is the difference between rigid boxes and folding cartons?
Rigid boxes are made from thick board wrapped in printed paper, giving a premium, reusable gift feel at higher cost. Folding cartons are printed, die-cut and folded flat, which suits retail shelves and larger volumes. We recommend one based on your product value and quantity.
Do you make a sample before full production?
Yes. We normally produce a plain white sample from the dieline to test fit and structure, and printed proofs for colour and finish where needed. Approving the sample first reduces the risk of changes after the full quantity has been started.
What artwork do you need for custom packaging?
We start from the dieline, so ask us for it before designing. Artwork should be vector, CMYK or Pantone, with bleed on all sides. If you have only a logo, our design team can build the full pack artwork, including finish layers for foil or spot UV.
