Service overview

A hoarding is the printed screen that surrounds a construction plot or covers a blank wall, turning a site that would otherwise look unfinished into a long, continuous advertising face. It sits beside pavements and busy roads, so pedestrians read it up close while passing drivers see its colour and scale.

Al Masa measures the site, prints the panels in large format and fixes them to the boundary frame or wall with our certified installers. We coordinate developer and authority permissions, and we can design the artwork with 3D renders so the site tells the story of what will be built.

Why advertisers choose it

A long continuous face can carry one panoramic image or a sequence of panels that unfolds as people walk by.

Developers can turn a building site into a project preview, with renders and launch dates, long before handover.

The wall stays in place for the whole build, so one location can carry a single message across many months.

Printed panels attach directly to the boundary frame, which avoids building a separate advertising structure.

  • 02 Contractors and consultants displaying safety messages and project credits
  • 03 Brands taking a blank boundary wall or car park fence near a busy junction
  • 04 Retail and hospitality openings announcing a coming-soon date before doors open

WhatsApp
Can I advertise on a hoarding that is not my own site?

Yes, if the hoarding is part of the Al Masa network or the site owner agrees. We handle the owner permission and authority approval, then print and fit your panels. If you own the site, we can design a branded hoarding for it, including renders of the future building.

What artwork works best on a hoarding?

Hoardings are viewed from the pavement and the road, so combine a big image or render with a clear headline, plus a smaller area for contact details and location. We supply a panel layout with joins marked, and our designers can create the 3D visuals needed to show an unbuilt project.

How long can a hoarding campaign run?

A hoarding can stay up as long as the site remains active and the permission covers it, so many developers keep one message through the build. We plan an update point partway through, for example when sales launch or a handover date is confirmed, and reprint the panels when you need a refresh.
