Service overview
A kiosk sells in a few square metres, so every centimetre has to work: product display, a counter at the right height, storage, power, lighting and a clear brand signal visible from the mall walkway. Al Masa designs and fabricates promotional kiosks, interactive payment booths, retail islands and pop-up sales points.
Frames are built from steel or aluminium with panels, laminates, acrylic and LED lighting, and certified electricians wire sockets, screens and card terminals. We submit drawings in the format mall management requires, deliver the kiosk in sections, and assemble it overnight or off-peak to respect mall operating hours.
Why advertisers choose it
Layouts are planned around counter height, product visibility and queue flow so staff can serve customers without crowding the aisle.
Steel or aluminium frames with durable laminates withstand daily mall traffic, cleaning and constant handling.
Built-in power, data points and lighting are wired by certified electricians, ready for payment terminals and screens.
Sectional construction allows delivery through service lifts and fast overnight assembly during mall off-peak hours.

Do kiosks need mall management approval?
Almost always. Malls ask for dimensioned drawings, materials, electrical load and sometimes a safety statement before allowing installation. We prepare the technical package and adapt the design to the mall rules, though approval timing depends on each management office.
Can a kiosk include screens and card payment terminals?
Yes. We build in cable routes, sockets and secure mounting for screens, tablets or payment terminals, and certified electricians complete the wiring. You supply the devices and software, and we make sure they sit safely and are easy for staff to use.
Can the kiosk be moved to another mall later?
Yes, when designed for it. We build kiosks in sections that unbolt, travel on a standard vehicle and reassemble on arrival. Floor finishes and graphics can be adjusted for the next site, which suits brands that rotate between malls.
